Tables with Latin products

Tables for Latin Pavilion 2023

You will be given a rectangular table, longer than regular tables. We will provide the exact measurements in a few days. 

The table must be decorated with your items but also the space you are occupying that being the wall behind you. It would be ideal to put some decoration of the country  you come from if you are Latin.

The person renting the table is responsible for cleaning his/her space after the event is over.

That includes putting the table back in its place.

The expectations of people attending are pretty big. The mosaic is back after a few years of covid. Be prepared to offer a product that might be appealing to the public.

You are able to sell any crafts, arts, jewelry, pots, shoes, clothing, teddy bears, and much more. If you are unsure about your product, please ask.

If you are thinking about food.You are able to sell food that is already processed, packaged. No exceptions on this as the health department could cancel the entire event if we break the rules. If instead you want to sell food, please bring that up. It would not be through a table.

The order in which we receive the requests is also a determining factor.

You must be 19 years or older to be able to rent a table.

The cost is 300 dollars for the three day event. June 1, June 2, June 3.

Hours still to be determined.

You can save your spot with 50 dollars if the board approves your request.

The rest of the money must be covered by May 15th, 2023 the latest.

Please do not send any money until your request has been accepted by the board. 

You will be notified by email if your request has been accepted or rejected.

Max of 3 people per table are allowed due to the place capacity.
